Many times. It will be covered in green slime and lots of water at the moment, so best wait until it has been dry for a week.

very slimey scrittley rock, not enjoyable in the rain.

Good but not well travelled, expect grit, guano and green.

What they said.

Except, I have actually enjoyed it in rain. With a deluge of dark moorland runoff, felt like a spawning salmon fighting upstream

Mainly enjoyed in retrospect though, like a rough day sailing.

FWIW Bryant's gully in the Pass is very similar when the water's high if you stick closely to the watercourse. If you like that sort of thing.

Glad you enjoyed it, have a look at Strans Gill in Yorkshire, Piers Ghyll on Lingmell and Great Gully on Crag yr Ysfa. (From memory - spellings may not be correct) all are good wet fun.

Also the obvious peak frolics, kinder downfall ( no it isn't bloody in) Wild boar Clough and Blackden Brook, nothing spectacular but make a character building exercise on a wet day.
