What are the easy routes on these for acclimatisation?

In reply to An Triubhas: May be wise to acclimatise on something sub 4k, like the Wetterhorn south west flank or east flank.

The Monch SE ridge is short and easy.

The Jungfrau SE ridge is a longer route involving a fairly long snow plod from the Monch hut. This route is prone to avalanche. Be careful.

Be prepared for a sleepless night if you get the train up and stay in the Monch hut without acclimatisation!
