Epic Sport Destination Advice

I'm planning a 3 week summer holiday and want to spend at least half of it climbing. I have read the Yangshuo article so currently Yangshuo is at the top of my list.
Obvious choices are El Chorro, Catalonia and Kalymnos.
Any other suggestions are very welcome

Her´s some more winter climbing destinations for your summer holidays;- Sicily, Morroco, Joshua Tree, El Potrero....

The obvious destinations you've mentioned are still going to be very hot.
