About to fly to Norway for 6 months, looking at SAS who charge £50 for a bike and £50 for skis. I've got 175cm skis, which looks (from a bit of internet searching) either just right or a bit too big to fit in a cardboard bike box from the LBS.
Can anyone shed any light on this? Might have to decide between bike and skis if it'll cost me £100 return for each...
Anyone with anyone experience of flying with the above?
