Looking for some input from the more seasoned winter guys and girls here.

Long story short, I've got the choice between a week in Scotland getting some QMDs under my belt in April or going skiing in Finland. So that I don't waste a week of epic pow or a week of good crisp snow, does anyone know what the snow levels/amount usually is in Cairngorm in the first week of April? I've had a look on Skiclub and another weather site and they are saying anything between 30cm (last year was a pants season) and 112cm.

Anyone work or live in that neck of the woods and can offer some advice?
