Bright coloured hard shells. Examples?

As above. For climbing/mountaineering

So far, I have only found the Mountain Equipment Kamatchka, but they are sold where I am looking

Anything else is just grey or black

Anyone have any ideas?

What a lot of nonsense. Virtually every jacket is available in bright colours. Look for any round up or group test done by a magazine or website or one of the large retailers for ideas.

Mammut (bright blue nordwands), Arcteryx (orange theta sv), Patagonia (super alpines were orange last season, maybe some around?), Marmot (orange or green flight pants). And that's just off the top of my head from recent hard shell shopping!
