Grip rest for Aztar axe?

Has anyone tried fitting or improvising a griprest/trigger on a Petzl Aztar axe?

Hi, I've fitted two Trigrests on one axe using solvent weld ABS. Then I made a hook and 'finger rest' on the other using solvent weld ABS on its own. They seem to be working fine . If your interested and contact me I'll take pictures and send them to you. Pedro.
