Can anyone suggest sources of information on techniques for self / team rescue / CASEVAC for high altitude expeditions?

Specifically looking at High Angle lowers, stretchering, abseils etc or anything else that people have come across on their adventures in the high mountains. I appreciate some of it is improvisation at the scene but some basic principles would be useful.

Many thanks.
