Hey folks,

We have 2 spaces left on a team heading to East Greenland for some big wall climbing 4th July - 17th August. New routing on amazing granite walls ranging from 480m-1000m. There are some routes already established, however potential for new lines to climb is endless and that's what we're after.

If this sounds like your kinda thing then take a look here:

www.walltowall2014.co.uk

Still seriously considering it then contact me: cathalldred@yahoo.com

This is an independent expedition and not a free holiday...

Cheers
Cathy

Pointed out by one of the teams members it is worth mentioning that this expedition is not only limited to hard technical big wall rock climbing.

There are endless opportunities for all standards of mountaineering and rock climbing in the area waiting to be explored. So long as you have the relevant experience and rope skills you do not need to be climbing E9.

Hello Cathy.

I am interested but I am waiting to hear about a job at Plas Y Brenin.

I have e-mailed you already about this.

Somehow, I don't think you'll be the person they are after to join their expedition. They need someone with experience, which you don't have. What job have you applied for at PYB?
In reply to liz j:

Hello Liz.

I have applied for a Temporary Receptionist Post.

The expedition leader has no outdoor experience and according to the website you learn the stuff on the expedition.

Sounds like a recipe for disaster to me then!

Hello

Kenton did not think much of the presentation.

I will hear about the PYB job probably in early to mid April.....

You might want to remove that comment Savvas...

Good luck with the job!
In reply to liz j:

Hello liz.

What bit of the comment?....

I posted the linked to Kenton via Facebook chat and he told me the presentation is weak and does not tell him anything about the trip.

Thanks.

But that is your private conversation, and maybe not something you should publish without his consent?

Could you tell us a little about the team and their climbing CVs, the climbing objectives including grades where appropriate, plus cost and time commitment, as all this seems to be missing from your website.
In reply to liz j:

Hello Liz.

Will try to remove it.

Cool beanz.
