/ Wild Country Rocks Recall - how long for returned items ???
to wild country ???
They received mine on the 6th of Feb, six weeks later still not returned or any correspondence regarding an update.
Now It looks like I may have to purchase more so that I can get out and climb.
This is a poor showing by Wild Country!!!
I returned mine in December, still waiting.... Emailed them last week, still waiting for a response.
Guess there must be a huge backlogg ???
PLENTY of threads on this... worth looking at. Seems like on the whole it's not a particularly quick process. Just buy some Wallnuts and sell the rocks when they arrive.
Good Idea crayefish.
sent mine back in October & recieved them on 23rd December so id estimate 3 months as my friends got similar times.
post a comment on the WC FB page, that got me a response!
It should be a bit quicker this time as the main stumbling block before was getting the rocks actually manufactured.
Sent mine off at the end of October and received the replacements in February (I do live in Italy). During their absence I was forced to go skiing most weekends!!
If it helps keep anyone else up to date I posted mine on 2nd feb and got them back today (7 April).
I got mine too! :-)
