Hi folks
A few changes to the access situation on some of the crags at Pembroke and a reminder that the second briefing event for climbers wanting to get to Range West is this weekend - at 9am prompt on Saturday 24th May at the Castlemartin Army camp.
The updated info is all here https://www.thebmc.co.uk/pembroke-access-changes

The major change is that peregrines are nesting on the central part of Mowingword, so unfortunately Heart of Darkness/New Morning and adjacent routes are now restricted until the end of July, unless the birds fledge early. Access to Diedre Sud and other routes to the west are not affected.

Also a quick reminder that the information in some guidebooks is not up to date and to check the noticeboards at the car parks at St Govans and Stack Rocks for the very latest updates, as these are updated daily.

In reply to Elfyn Jones:

The halfway ledge at Crickmail always seems to have large numbers of nesting gulls - it is not normally a pleasant place to climb at this time of year.
