Bouldering mats on Eurostar

Can they be taken on the carriages like other luggage or do they need storing as a larger item?
Limit is 85cm on longest edge - mine is 91cm. How strict are they?

I managed to get on with one absolutely fine. As I remember, even if you have to put it in the hold, its just a case of taking it to the correct carriage.

I've taken a double snowboard roller bag on before(although that fits in the overhead rack). The staff weren't bothered in the slightest, coming back the guard said I could leave it in the buffet car if I couldn't find a space for it.
