Cycle routes online?

Im looking for road routes suggestions online, either as maps or gpx files of routes that users have uploaded, or event routes that are available.

Garmin has some (eg Evans cycles uploads some of its sportive routes to it) open to all.

Strava does depening on your membership (I think).

not found any on garmin website other than london routes
Mapmyride seems to have some though thanks
