Here's a little video (ok its a bit long) I put together of my trip to Les Arcs last year...it's a bit long, but if you are interested in the kind of riding available it should give you a good idea. This area is not really a downhill hub (although it has some downhill/bike park areas) and is more suited to XC/AM riders with 40-60km of singletrack (nearly all downhill) per day. I highly recommend it!
