Has anyone got any good recommendations for places to stay in kalymnos? Preferably a villa or apartment for 4 people.

Owned by a chap called George, who is the nicest host you'll ever meet. If it is for the last week in September - 1st week of October you are out of luck though as we have just taken his last apartment.
