Come along to our quarterly gathering of Peak District climbers and walkers. The area meetings are run by volunteers and are your chance to join in with debate and influence decisions about what happens in the Peak and rest of the country.

After the meeting Andi Turner will be giving a talk and slideshow entitled "Working Class Centurion" about his personal challenge of climbing for 100 days on the trot.

Date: Wednesday 10 September 2014, starting at 7.30pm

Venue: The Globe Inn, 144 High St. West, Glossop, Derbyshire SK13 8HJ

Cheers Andi...great talk about climbing every day for a hundred days and various other recent mad challenges (especially for getting the record back for the Roaches area Brown-Whillans routes with Pete.... is this to become the UK Nose equivalent?) even if I'm still not convinced about the punter label in keenest punter.

Its also a bit weird buying a micro brewery pint for under 2 quid: Glossop the land that time forgot.
