Now then folks,
Thinking of heading to Norway for the winter. Looking to stay in a resort or somewhere with a resort near by and good ice climbing. Not too interested in big towns/cities. The other thing is I want a job too...
I'm a highly qualified chef who's worked in Canada, NZ, Australia, France and the UK (where im from). From fine dining to cafe/bistro.
Been doing some searching and found the town of Hemesdal to look pretty good. Sent my CV out to the few eateries there and got nothing back yet.
So what I'm asking is; does anyone know my best plan of action for acheving what I want? or have any contacts that may be useful?
