Well a new bike for birthday done 117k and would you belive it the rear hanger has snapped off, now need a new chain/hanger and chain tool.

An expencive ride of 7k with a total cost of £50.

This is just a rant, feel free to add your own new bike horror stories.

Ripped a rear derailleur off on the first ride as the shop had not set the limits up correctly

Got them to replace the hanger, mech and chain but refused the fitting

No further issues after that
