Just bought one and mucked about with it. I think it is great - loving the little gear bucket that sits in it nicely. Pretty cavernous and could strap shedloads of extra kit onto it should you ever want to do so. Stylish, contemporary. At the mo I miss not having a pocket on the lid but I'll get used to that. As for Scottish winter rough treatment: I'd say it wasn't particularly designed for that but is usable for that.
