The best thing about patagucci is the guarantee , not sure if they still go on about this but it's cast iron , if you get a problem they fix or replace it without quible / fuss , over the years I ve had several things replaced, a couple of which were well older than 3 years which would be the most likely cut off for the other premium brands .
The wife has a couple of similar jackets to those, both are excellent. One of them is down / semi waterproof , I don't know the model, but it really does the job very very well .
