Peugeot Partner Micro-camper Van

Lift -in / out plywood conversion turns this 5 seater in to a double bed on wheels with sufficient storage for a multi day trip.

54 plate Peugeot Partner 2.0 HDi
127k miles
MOT expires Jan 15
Tax expires end Nov 14

The bad bits .....
The inside liner to the tailgate needs sealing back on.
There is a small dent in the right rear door
There is now 8cm of plastic door bumper missing beneath the fuel cap
The plastic fairing underneath the left headlight was caught on an old bolt and torn - about 30cm
The front roof bar was removed by a kamikaze pheasant on the M54
The button casing on the remote locking switches has cracked and come off.
None of these issues have any detrimental effect on the running of the vehicle whatsoever.

The good bits .....
Mechanically very good and well looked after. The alternator and battery have been replaced recently.
Loads of storage.
Parrot hands - free fitted
Decent Kenwood stereo with 3.5mm jack plug feed in (mp3 / iPod etc)
Bespoke Amdro black out blinds that sucker on to all windows
Bespoke bi-laminate foam mattress
Reliable on multi week trips and very practical.
Valeted pre-sale

The rear 3 seats (single and double) lift in and out quickly allowing the van to be used in a multitude of ways ...
a - 5, 4 or 3 seater combi with large boot
b - 2 seater van with huge boot
c - 2 seater van with double mattress on the floor or ....
d - pop in the conversion set up to make a 3 seater sofa and table and boxes that converts in to a double bed

The conversion was made by hand in N Wales. Two plywood storage boxes sit over the rear wheel arches. On the back of the rear seats there are rails in to which plywood sheets slide. When the back seats are folded down these sheets fold out and connect to the plywood boxes to make a genuinely double bed size sleeping area. Folded the other way the back seats form a rear facing 3 seat sofa. There is a coffee table that fits in to a floor recess and provides a useful place to read or work or eat.

Arriving in the mountains or seaside the bed can be unfolded in under 5 minutes. The whole conversion lifts in and out easily. As mentioned above the whole rear row of seats and conversion can be removed by one person easily to leave a space that will easily swallow 3 adult mountain bikes and piles of gear.

The van has character and the marks and scuffs associated with a vehicle that has been used in the "great outdoors" very regularly.
It is reliable as both a vehicle and as a weatherproof place to sleep for 1 or 2 people. The mattress plus bedding and a double duvet makes a great base camp.

Located in Lincolnshire (30 mins East of Newark or 15 mins South of Lincoln).

£1250
