According to the BMC you need to write to English Heritage about access to to tintagel head, but the address doesn't look valid, and there is no mention that you cannot access of permission being denied without writing. Does anyone have any further information? Is there an email address?
I am looking at the contact details on their webiste and none of the offices have that address, and google maps does not seem to recognise the postcode, but you may well be right. Do you have a contact number for them?

The W1X postcode was replaced in 2000, which is why Google Maps can't find it, English Heritage moved from 23 Savile row in 2006 and the building (Fortress House) was later demolished and the site redeveloped.
