Is there any snow on Ben lawers group?

as the topic says. Planning to go via cat gully on An Stuc but just want to check whether cramps are required yet?

Surprised no one has replied yet. I haven't been to the area recently, but am fairly sure you won't need any winter gear, it's been unseasonably warm up here and I doubt you will see sight of any snow at all.

Was in Glencoe last weekend and it was almost like a summers day.

I was there on Monday. Dusting of snow on the top of Lawers. Nothing on An Stuc which houses Cat gully. On Stob Ghabhar on Wednesday- a faint sprinkling of snow above 1100 metres. Been no snow since then.

Not a hint of snow in Glen Coe yesterday. Looking at the Ben Lawers group through my living room window just now. Lovely crystal clear weather but depressingly snowless

Not a spec today, on Meall nan Tarmachan. But will be a good hard frost tonight.
