Heading out to Cham next Wednesday and was supposed to be skiing but looking at the webcams, there doesn't appear to be alot of snow I have 4 days until im on an off piste course and trying to make plans for those days.

Now i know the midi lift and the summit lift on the Montets won't be open so what are my options? Can i get to the Plan de L'Aiguille or walk/skin to the Argentiere glacier from the Lognan?

Any advice and help appreciated

Montenvers is open and it looks like jon bracey has done some climbing, whether that's on the ice routes up there or on the glacier I wouldn't know. Drop him an e-mail maybe? Or speak to the people at the guides office obviously.

If you get desperate you could jump on the bus through the tunnel and get to cogne if any of those ice routes have formed.
