Any idea what conditions are like on the Marin trail at present, a group of us were planning on going over tomorrow.

Will be muddy but should be clear of snow

I wouldnt be surprised if there are some patches of ice on it though, most places have been below freezing especially in the woods there wont be much sun.
Cant tell you for certain though, perhaps someone from Betws will be along soon.
