Interesting to see how the track side of it will work, outside of, but alongside British Cycling. Given Wiggins is a resident of Chorley, I assume they will be based in Manchester with British Cycling.

Whilst he may reside in the Borough of Chorley, he's not a resident of the town itself ( 7 miles away)
