Hey everyone, I found myself with a free day coming back from Oban, and due train schedules etc have booked a night in Arrochar. I was planning to go for a walk in the hills and try to get as far as I can, maybe to the cobbler if it feels ok. Obviously weather will be a factor, but I'm curious how much snow and ice are up there now? I was hoping to pack light and do most of this in my summer boots. I'm happy to turn around whenever the going gets dicey, or just do a low level hike but am curious what to expect. Thanks!
