If you're looking for a partner, I think you need to build up your profile. Sometimes I come on looking for one (though its rare) but if I can't get any sense of the person from the profile, there's no way I would bother contacting them. I'm not travelling any distance to find out that I've arranged a meet with a proud member of the white supremacist movement, someone who's going to spend all the time espousing the beliefs of free market economics or the genius of Jon Bon Jovi. There's got to be grounds to think we would have something (other than the outdoors) in common.
