I'm after some heavy duty protection for my lips, particularly for summer alpine climbing. What do others use? In the past, I've experienced burnt lips (particularly on the inside of my lower lip) on most trips where I've been on glaciers/snow with strong sunlight, which I'm aware can be very bad news.

I used this stuff when I spent a month on a glacier in Alaska in few years back. My lips stayed fine throughout. It doesn't taste ming either!

I like the nivia spf50 in the orange tubes. Gives you white lips when you put it on though, making you look like an alpinist/idiot depending on the setting.

Thanks all, I've had a few other recommendations:

Uvistat 50
Anthelios XL
Labisan

Does anyone have any experience of using the above products?
