Does anyone have any other options for the titled requirements rather than the Patagonia - Men's All Weather Zip-Neck Hoody (can't get it in small anywhere!). Any help would be nice, thanks!

Some possibles discussed here:

The R1 hoody clones are too thick to count as base layers, IMHO.

I opted to buy the MEC T3 hoody, which is much more a true base layer. The sale price is cheap, but carriage, VAT and 'handling charge' make single item purchase from Canada uneconomic. Shame, because it's fabulous...

[edit] not seen one in the flesh, but the All Weather looks like it's a closely-knit fabric. The base/mid use recommendation supports that.

Odlo Warm Long Sleeve with hood and facemask are dead cosy and pretty good value compared to everything else out there. Definitely worth a look.

Rab Mens Boreas Pull-On.
Use it for Mediterranean summer climbs for last two years and very happy with it.

But a totally different type of thing to all the other one mentioned!
