Need help choose were I should go in september was thinking El Chorro but thinking its going to be to hot. any help would be great

So many places. See Swiss Plaisir/Extreme and south facing limestone valley or lower mountain crags (or indeed other rock types). First half of september can be very good in the alps.

Waterval Boven, near Johannesburg, should be good in September - not too hot, yet - and it's currently on the UKC front page!
