High Tor Wind!

Will it be too windy to climb at high tor tomorrow? it is forecast to blow straight at the crag at about 15mph... anyone climbed there in similar conditions?

1/10. The idea that a rather good forecast with merely 'breezy' wind will be a problem at High Tor, one of the most sheltered medium-size crags in the UK, will be a problem is ludicrous. And, isn't that all part of it anyway?

What's time got to do with it? There are plenty of people doing equally daring, or more daring, things now.

Sorry, couldn't resist, just looked at the Beaufort scale descriptor:

Moderate Breeze,
Raises paper,
moves small branches,
decimates any semblance of climbing activity
13-18mph
