Crux UK's Exemplary Customer Service
Just a quick bit of praise for a company. Too often we only hear bad things so here is a big round of applause for Crux. I contacted them via email at the weekend and received a rapid reply from Carol McDermott despite him being abroad. My query was about the optional hood for their Halo jacket which is listed on Crux USA but not the UK website. Within a few days the hood arrived. Excellent service for a very small order but I guess it is customer service like this that enables the smaller more specialist companies to survive.

Happily back this up as the proud owner of a Crux Torpedo 700 I can't fault the bag and the company communication at all, they've been fantastic!
