Ideally we want to be close to tryfan as we're planning on doing routes up the east face all weekend. Another memeber of the group wants to tag along with the trip for some 'epic' dog walking.
We have previously stayed at the latter with a dog after asking nicely, it was for a charity event with Ogwin MRT so we may have been given special dispensation, but it is worth giving them a shout.
The only place I know of which takes dogs is Llyn Gwynant campsite, by the lake at the bottom of the hill from Pen y Pass to Beddgelert. A nice campsite which also allows real fires, but not exactly handy for Tryfan.
I'd be interested to hear of anywhere near the Ogwen Valley.
