Ecuador, partners or meet-ups, advice
I'm heading off to Ecuador on Monday as leader for a school expedition. I'm with the kids for 4 weeks and then amazingly have 2 weeks to myself! I'm doing planning on getting a few days trekking and climbing in. No set plan but thinking maybe something near Quito (Pinchincha), then Las Cajas national park. I'm also considering doing a glacier skills course on Cayambe before attempting Chimborazo with a local guiding company.
I'll be waving the lovely teenagers off on the 2 August and my own flight is on the 19th. On the off chance that someone is around wanting to do something similar it would be nice to have some company. And split the cost of the guide for Chimborazo…
