Hi all,

Need to receive a small parcel in Chamonix. Can't receive it where I'm staying.

Anyone willing to receive it for me?


Just editted to add, its just a camera charging cable! Nothing dodgy :P

Wasn't aware that existed! So I just put:

My Name Poste Restante
Post office address

into the amazon box?

Then I presume I turn up at the post office and pay them?

Sorry, I'm not the best at French.

That's right. Not sure about the paying bit - I've only ever used it for letters and as I remember it was the sender that paid everything - I just turned up with ID and picked them up.

If it's amazon you're buying from, they have locations all over France you can pick your stuff up from. You just search for the nearest collection point at the checkout stage.
