I am now informed that the Malham Peregrine young are flying well and the restrictions will be lifted today..Friday 10th of July.

How long does it take to drill a hole with a modern 36v drill and SDS bit? 30 seconds ?

Surely less disruptive than a failed redpointers tantrum or noisy guided groups/ screaming kids.

Time for a renegotiation?

Because if so theres a report on UKC that seems to suggest a lot of climbers haven't given two damns about the ban...

I think the restrictions only in certain areas of the cove. Climbing continued normally in other parts.

Hi Steve, It is the whole of Malham.
It was only two climbers that went into the restricted area..........!
