I'm trying to contact the company ClimbingDirect about a Terra Nova tent with snapped poles. Unfortunately they're not responding to e-mails, the phone number listed is switched off and the company trading from their current address in Salts Mill say they aren't linked to them any more. Has anyone had any contact with this company recently or know about their current status? Their website still looks live!
