Surrey Summit is the climbing wall based within the amazing Surrey Sports Park (SSP). SSP is a multi million pound venue and will attract its own international and national events bringing world class athletes to Surrey. Included within SSP is a state of the art climbing centre, with new and exciting features that will attract climbers from beginners to elite, young and old.
In this varied and exciting role, you'll be running one of the most challenging indoor climbing centres in the South East, which includes an extensive bouldering wall, a fully featured climbing facility housed in a cave-like surround, overhanging competition walls and an excellent training area including campus boards, woody and fingerboards.
You will oversee a team of climbing instructors, to deliver a comprehensive climbing programme and develop new innovative activities that will ensure the Climbing Centre is a premier climbing venue offering an exceptional climbing experience. You will oversee the routesetting, performance squad, staff training and day to day operation of the climbing centre amongst other duties.
You will bring broad experience and possess a relevant climbing qualification. We are looking for someone with passion, drive and commitment to deliver an outstanding service to our guests.
