Hi there,

Myself and partner are going on a non-climbing family holiday to Mullion in Cornwall next week, but we'd still like to get some climbing in if possible. As much as I would love to sample some of the trad climbing there, I have very, very little trad experience and no rack, so I was wondering if there are any trad climbing areas around there where it is easy to set up a top-rope?

As it goes, yes. Trewavas is pretty close to Mullion, and there's a bunch of lower grade routes on the eastern side which can be toproped off some large blocks. Non-tidal, short pitches and very accessible. The definitive guide has all the info.
