i have downloaded the rock fax app to my i phone and added millstone edge to it , but cant work out how to add any more crags , any ideas

Go back until you can see Home, Crags, Routes, Map at the bottom.

Click on the Crags tab, then Downloads.

As Paul says above is the best method.

Another method is to go to the map and zoom into the crag you want and tap on the red shopping cart icon.
