Hey,

Just wondering if anyone can tell me how much a taxi is from Antalya to Geyikbairi? not the pre-booked type but a regular taxi stopped on the streets (read somewhere they are 25 euro, considerable cheaper than the 40 euro for pre-booked one..) just want to see if anyone can confirm that.

Are you talking about from Antalya airport?
I remember there being a fixed tariff board for destinations and I'm sure it was a lot more than 25 euros
I've caught the bus to the main bus station and negotiated a taxi price from there.
Alternatively you can get the 521 or 529 iirc, this will sometimes take you all the way or drop you at the bottom of the hill then hitch last 5km.

I vaguely remember it being about €60 from the airport, about a year ago that is. We divided it between 5 people but it's still the most expensive aalternative.

The bus journeys are a mini adventure, with some great views and cultural experiences, highly recommended.
