Vegan Freeze Dried

Hi folks,

Just wondered if anyone is aware of any vegan freeze-dried meal suppliers? After a bit of searching there seem to be a few suppliers in the US, but hardly anything in the UK/Europe.

Any help appreciated!

Have a look at some of the freezer bag meals sites, they will have cous cous or noodle recipes that are probably much tastier.

A mix of home dried and freeze dried stuff seems to be a good way to go. Hardly used any packet meals since getting a dehydrator.

Looking at the ingredients these should be but perhaps not that tasty. I'd certainly be interested to know any results if you could post up...

Mountain House in America used to do bulk tins of dried lentils, curry etc, but every time I tried to get in touch with them they never replied! Very annoying
