Hi,
I've got a Mountain Equipment Kongur jacket and one of the hood adjustment toggles won't slacken off properly, it's not a major issue, but I'd like to get it fixed. The original retailer seems to have ceased trading and ME aren't great at replying to emails. Is there a company that's particularly recommended for repairs?

When I put a hole in a Rab Latok the quickest and easiest fix was a quick call to the company.

Had a Changabang zip replaced earlier this year. ME head office advised I sent it to OSC Ltd in Stockport. Number is 0161 367 1310. Zip went 15 days before a trip. Got it back with 3 to spare, no fuss and 5* customer service.
