Can't recommend anything in particular, but the camptocamp site is very useful for finding routes and reading reports about conditions. It helps if you can read french, but with a little imagination google translate normally makes things understandable.

For example a quick look at the map tool around La Clusaz found this http://www.camptocamp.org/routes/49638/fr/par-la-combe-de-la-creuse
If you look at the bottom there is a list of recent outings which shows if anyone has logged it recently.

A fair few good tours in that neck of the woods.

The best tours (with sustained downhill runs in the 25-35 degree range) do tend to be rather crowded.
