Nevis Range kit hire Q

We are off to Nevis Range for some ski-ing next week (hopefully in ok conditions).
The kids are hiring kit and having lessons, adults are just hiring kit.
For those in the know, a couple of questions:
Do we return the hire kit at the end of each day or do we keep it for the duration (and have to transport each day to centre)?
We have told the kids get all they need at the ski lesson window but assuming that we will have to get their ski-passes (and ours) at a different queue?

Any other tips for Nevis range also welcome.

Many thanks.

In reply to djwilse:

there are options for single or multi-day kit hire, multi day will save you money as the cost per day goes down, but as is the way with Scotland you don't know if you will ski each day until you wake up and read the conditions update... so you risk paying for a days hire and not using it.

I think there is a rack inside at the bottom gondola station where you can leave hire kit if you are hireing it for multi days so you don't have to cart wet skis to and from fort bill, but ask before you leave it behind just in case!

go to the ski lesson window first and they will tell you where you need to go and what to do from there, you may be able to buy all your lift passes in one go.

have fun!
