Any further news on this? Was out of bounds back in 2015......

Hi
Access to this area was agreed with the landowner last year. While not encouraging access (for fear of liability), the landowners will not be taking any steps to prevent climbing here but are keen to stress that all climbers willingly accept all the risks involved with climbing, that the land owner takes no responsibility whatsoever for their safety and that no new routes are developed and no vegetation removal takes place.

Many thanks are due to the Clwyd Mountaineering Club who assisted in the negotiations by carrying out a litter and crag clean up here last year.

Isn't this enshrined in law anyway - I keep seeing these sort of terms relating to access agreements - they seem unnecessary?
