Hi dose anyone have a topo for winterbourne down?

Winterbourne Down

I'm thinking of heading out tomorrow evening in the spring sunshine after work.

Also how high are the routes and how are the top outs will a mat be fine or is it best to have a rope for shunting ?

In reply to Wendy Watthews:

Most of the routes are in the old Avon and Cheddar guide. There isn't anything more recent guidebook wise I'm afraid although ther is to be a book out possibly in the near future. Landings are very good and the top outs are ok as the crag has been recently cleaned up quite a bit.
The routes are between 6 and 9 metres and it is possible to solo with a pad. A rope is better for the bigger routes as there is gear.
The route data base has quite a bit of helpful information.

Top outs are a bit grotty but not too scary if it is dry. Descent is unpleasant if it has been raining.

I suggest orienting yourself by finding "Forest Air", as that is the most obvious feature on the main bit of the crag.

Personally I prefer a rope to a mat there but others disagree.

If you are going down again I can show you around as I am writing the new guidebook. Also need some action shots.
There's also a load more new areas scattered all along the Frome valley into Bristol.
