Any suggestions for a family friendly campsite in the Arrochar/Loch Lomond area for next week?

Or any to avoid due to what I believe are called "Neds"?

And also how midgie is it at the moment?

I don't know about the west shore but on the east there is a camping & caravan club site (pricey if not a member), a camping in the forest site (even pricier even if a member) and a small basic national park site at one of the car parks. Probably all full over the bank holiday weekend.

I'm looking more to the west as I want to visit somebody on Bute.

Looks like wall to wall sunshine up there this coming week. Even worth leaving Yorkshire for!
