North West / North Wales for rejoining the trad fraternity

Afternoon fellow rock huggers.

After spending the last few years sticking to bolted routes I have replaced my trad rack and I am now keen to get out and renew my gear placement skills.

I was hoping for some recommendations for North West UK and North wales crags that are a nice gentle warm up to help me get back in to it.

I have in the past climbed trad at Trever, llanymynech and Pot hole quarry.

I climb 6B on sport routes.

Any suggestion on other locations which are worth a look? Also do you find it easier to protect grit routes over limestone?

Thanks

Ben

Plenty of short, easy, well protected stuff here...
